How it works: Here at Stormforce, we thoroughly inspect all returns and damaged-in-transit boxes that pass through our warehouse to ensure they get a new lease of life. We take the necessary time to inspect, repair and approve all of these items before selling on. You can make great savings on these items with little to no sacrifice on the end product.

How do I know what condition a product is in before buying?

Each Clearance product we sell has been refurbished to fit one of four descriptive categories to help you further understand the condition. These categories define the product’s appearance, packaging and whether or not it contains additional accessories that you would normally expect from a pristine product. Each product page will state the grade of the product and a brief outline of what condition the product is in. The higher the grade, the bigger the discount.

Pristine – Stormforce Approved Clearance Item.

Grade 1

No visible defects – Complete working order. May not include all accessories/packaging.

Grade 2

May have visible scuffs/marks – Complete working order. May not include all accessories/packaging

Grade 3

Visible scuffs/marks/scratches – Complete working order. May not include all accessories/packaging

That’s fine. If you are not happy with the product, you can return the item within 30 days of purchase. We may be able to offer a replacement depending on the item but due to the nature of a clearance item, this is not always possible.

What If I want to return my item?

Do these items come with a warranty?

Due to the nature of a graded item, they won’t always ship with a manufacturer warranty as standard. We do offer a warranty with ourselves, but they will differ depending on the grade of the item. Each warranty period offers a repair or replacement if available. If a repair and replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase. Our Graded Warranty types are listed below.
