VRS QR Connect DFP20 Wheel Adapter

The VRS QR Connect DFP20 Wheel Adapter is a heavy-duty quick-release interface purpose-built to match the performance demands of the DFP20 direct drive system. Designed for maximum rigidity and seamless wheel changes, it delivers a secure, high-torque connection while maintaining the precision and feedback clarity expected from a professional-grade sim racing setup.

DFP20-Optimised Locking Strength

Engineered specifically for high-torque applications, the adapter is reinforced to handle the full output of the DFP20 wheel base. Once engaged, it forms an exceptionally tight mechanical lock that eliminates play and ensures total confidence under load.

Instant Wheel Swapping System

The QR Connect mechanism allows fast, tool-free wheel changes, making it easy to switch between different steering rims in seconds. This is ideal for drivers who move between GT, formula, or endurance-style configurations.

High-Torque Structural Integrity

Built with reinforced materials and precision-machined components, the adapter is designed to withstand sustained force feedback without flex or degradation. It maintains consistent performance even during aggressive driving and endurance sessions.

Precision Fitment & Repeatability

The system is designed for exact alignment every time the wheel is mounted. This repeatable fit ensures the connection remains smooth and stable, preserving steering accuracy and force feedback consistency over long-term use.

Minimal Flex, Maximum Feedback Clarity

The rigid construction eliminates unwanted movement between wheel and base, allowing force feedback to pass through cleanly. This results in sharper detail, improved road feel, and more precise car control.

Lightweight Engineering for Responsiveness

Despite its reinforced design, the adapter is optimised to keep rotational weight low. This helps maintain quick steering response and ensures the DFP20 base can deliver force feedback without unnecessary inertia.

Built for Advanced Sim Racing Setups

Designed for serious and competitive users, the VRS QR Connect DFP20 Wheel Adapter integrates seamlessly into high-end rigs. It provides a dependable foundation for frequent wheel changes while maintaining professional-level performance standards.
