All our Gaming PCs with dedicated GPU's are securely packaged in transit, we even go the extra mile to include a protective cushion inside the case to make sure none of the components are damaged, just remember to remove this cushion before you power on!

Can I customise a Gaming PC?

Stormforce offer a wide range of pre-configured systems which are suitable for all types of games but if you are looking for something more specific, check out our Custom Gaming PC’s here.

Can I purchase individual components?

Stormforce only sell fully equipped PC systems & component bundles. However, if you already have a Stormforce PC, we can offer upgrades on components.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free of charge on all our web orders over £100.

How long will delivery take?

Orders on systems which are in stock and are ordered before 2pm will typically be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Systems which require build time will be delivered next working day from the date of dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your system has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information from DPD.

What is included in my Warranty?

Unlike a lot of computer manufacturers, our Stormforce 3 Year Collect, Repair & Return Warranty covers repair or replacement of parts, including labour for a full 3 years for the (UK only, excluding EIRE, NI and Channel Islands), we also cover all courier costs for any collections/returns.

Once you have received your Stormforce System you will be able to register your warranty here.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds typically take 3-5 working days.
