Laptop power adapters/chargers must be returned with Stormforce ExoBook Laptops.

If you purchased your PC directly from the Stormforce Gaming website, you may cancel your order or request a return within 14 days of placing your order. Please contact us through our support page and we will arrange cancellation or collection of your PC and issue a refund.

To receive a refund, all peripherals and accessories included with your PC must also be returned.

To ensure the PC is protected during transit, the original packaging MUST be used. If you no longer have the original packaging, replacements are available for a small charge. Please see here for details. 

Please note that custom-built PCs created to your individual specifications are excluded from this cancellation policy. These systems may only be returned if found to be faulty, within 28 days of delivery.

If you purchased your PC from a reseller, please contact them directly to arrange cancellation or return.

Our standard warranty terms and conditions apply outside of this policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
